I'm calling it a misaligned obverse die. But just wanted some more opinions.

    Nice!
Maybe a "grease filled", as well?

Looks like damage. If you blow up the size of the top, you can see displaced metal which would not occur on a MAD.

MIGHT be slightly misaligned. But most of what I'm seeing is damage.

I'm calling it a worn out Indian Head Cent with a scratch on it!

That big staple scratch at her nostril is disconcerting.

These are notoriously poorly struck. Add lots of wear and you get this. This had a weak date to begin with and it just wore off.

Or, you can flatten them with a pair of pliers.

It looks like glue to me. You have it in hand. What does it look like to you?

Please start your own thread instead of piggybacking, this has nothing to do with the original post.

To answer your question, no it is not worth submitting unless you want to spend $50 - 60 on a coin that is worth 1 cent.
Someone has just put glue on your cent and pressed another one into it. Soak it in acetone overnight and your “error” will disappear.

thanks @Greenstang and @JBK I've never seen anything like this, I didn't want to start a new thread to get torn apart in the comments. So someone possibly glued two coins together and pulled off the lamination? I got this in a Lot of coins, and oddities.

Someone definitely glued 2 coins together. It's probably only glue, no "lamination"
