What is this error on my 1958 Type B Reverse Quarter? Planchet error? E over T? Obverse side.

I found this searching through mixed date roll of Type B Reverse quarters. It's very proof like, but what's going on with the E?

It almost looks like an E over a T on the microscope, and I also found many 1958 Type B quarters with heavy die polish on the obverse, which makes me wonder if they were polishing this out... Or maybe more likely a planchet error?

    Looks like some type of lamination error.

    Agree with OAKSTAR, though the coin is cleaned, not proof-like.

    It actually looks like damage in the one photo with the metal moved due to contact damage with a sharp object. Need a better photo.

    I think the lines are just heavy die polish, similar to these.

    How can you tell it's polished? I'm new to collecting. I wouldn't have thought that until you mentioned it.

    I posted the other two because I thought you may have been seeing the heavy polish lines from the mint (as shown on those other two)... Here's another picture the first one I posted. I've dipped it in acetone since.
