Looks genuine to me.
Real but harshly cleaned.
Other than harshly cleaned I don't see anything wrong.
One for comparison (looks good - date, lettering...) and having the same mint mark positioning.

My main concern is the missing "WE," which makes me wonder if it might have been damaged or plugged. I would definitely recommend that this be slabbed at whatever it comes back as.

Its legit from what I see in the picture and as everyone else has commented. And agree, it has been harshly cleaned based on the photo.

The coin is genuine but even Ella Fitzgerald is unable to save it- And I do have a clue- Colonel Mustard in the Conservatory with a Brillo pad
