2023 Morgan and Peace Mint boxes

Anyone else receive their Mint boxes with the standard clear shipping tape and then one that reads “Stop. If seal is broken or package damaged check contents before signing receipt? Been discussed before? Am I late to the party? In English and Spanish.

    My package from the Mint had the standard clear tape.

    I got 3 boxes with one silver dollar each. The box I got on Saturday had the "STOP " tape, one that I received today had "STOP" tape, and one had tape on the main flap but no tape on the two end flaps and I was able to open the flap at one end without destroying it and removed the coin and put the flap back and it looks like it did before I opened it. I count myself lucky that I got the 3 boxes intact and very much prefer the clear tape approach.

    Mine was like yours - one box with clear tape and one box with that "STOP" tape.

    Both my Peace and Morgan boxes had clear packing tape as well. My Morgan box still had that covering over the adhesive that seals the box.

    Throw a coin enough times, and suppose one day it lands on its edge.

    One of each. The Peace had the stop tape.

    The STOP tape is much more secure as it goes completely around. Very good idea, and it might prevent some folks from getting packages with coins missing.
