Toning makes it tough for me to determine grade and what if any wear there is on the coin. More experienced eyes, where you see this one grading at?

If a coin can have leprosy, its this one. Can't tell what it might be under whatever that is/poor quality picture.
WOW!! I would grade that coin a 'definite pass'. If even authentic (cannot determine from pictures), the environmental damage may be irreversible. Cheers, RickO
