Is This PMD?

This is Erik I just joined a few days ago hope everyone is doing well. I collect Lincoln Cents and I have this 1977 Penny that I am trying to figure out if the coin is PMD. It looks super crazy from any coin I have seen myself and have tried to research something similar but have not had any luck. Any feedback or thoughts would be awesome!

Regards, Erik
