    I actually coins like this when the next grade up has a large price increase. The ugly toning probably knocks off a point and many clean up really well after a dip. Dip, rinse, and flip.

    I usually love toned end roll coins with blast white reverses but this one would not be at the top of my list. Still like it, though.
