  Sometimes a raised area on a coin is glue.
  I can't tell from the photo if the raised area near E1 is glue.

  Nothing on that IHC adds numismatic premium. Just a worn, damaged coin. Cheers, RickO

  From the top photo those areas look incuse which would be damage from circulation hits.

  I agree with the above comments. Overall, just wear and tear from normal circulation.
