What denomination/year?
Full coin photos would be nice too.

From photos and lack of other info given.... I'd have to say no.
First one might have something going on under the right edge but could be damage. Second one doesn’t look to be.

My guess would be a WLH what year I couldn't tell you but it's definetly a well circulated S. Likely of no importance where the mintmark is concerned.
