PCGS Coinfacts "mistake"?

A recent coin search sent me to Coinfacts to check out a possible trueview. I didn't expect what I found.
It was good for a chuckle.

I have encountered such mistakes many times, no grading company is immune from inattentive operators.
I made a mistake once.... Thought I had made a mistake, but had not. So the mistake was thinking I made a mistake, but actually had not.... Chastised myself severely for that error.
