Also phrases such as "all transactions kept in the strictest confidence" seems to foster confidence that unlike some deals, in coins and precious metals at least you don't have to worry about others knowing your business. How important is confidentiality in this business? Is a breach of confidentiality a deal killer? You assume confidentiality with accountants, lawyers and ministers.

Confidentiality is very important and I expect it of any dealer.
