    That's simply a Gold plated $1 coin.

Yes I figured out enriched was a fancy way of saying plated. Where is it registered?

This is what is known as a basement-slabber or self-slabber. The registration, while it might be recorded somewhere on something, is useless. If you paid more than face value for it then you were the sucker.

I'm not sure why anyone would buy it without knowing where it was registered. I mean, if the registration number took me to www.unclefestershouseoffun com, would I want it?

That is just a post mint plated coin... Worth a dollar, the gold amount is miniscule. Cheers, RickO

It would be funny to send it to CAC. I'm sure they could use a good laugh. :D
