  These should be handed out at Post Offices, upon request.

  Collector and dealer in obsolete currency. Always buying all obsolete bank notes and scrip.

  @winesteven ... Banks used to give out such things to encourage saving among kids. We both are old enough to remember those times/items. Now, pocket change is basically irrelevant to most kids, especially cents. Cheers, RickO
