Moody's has today down graded the US Banking system from "stable to negative" ! That is why a FRB member wrongly asserted in her recent speech , without proof, that the US Banks are safe. The FRB Vice Chair will produce his report in 6 weeks regarding the calamity of SVB failure! 3-15-23.
