PSA Set Registry and Qualifiers

If you submit a card to the registry with a Qualifer, say a PSA8 (OC), does that hold the same weight for your Set grade?

PSA 8(OC) counts on the registry as a PSA 6.

A PSA8 (OC) only holds the same value for someone trying to sell it on ebay as a PSA8 :-)
