...crossed from an ICG 66 holder

ICG 66 to PCGS 65 doesn't seem too disappointing in the scheme of things...

-- Did you view the piece in hand before buying?

-- What grade were you thinking/hoping for once you had it and sent it in?

-- Did you send it in the ICG slab or cracked out??

    Pretty, mark-free reverse in particular.

Side note - r/mildlyinfuriating that the dragon side is rotated totally goofy (~45 degrees) in the TrueView (assuming not actual die rotation?). I'd be emailing them post haste!

It was a old ICG holder ( I was told the main grader for them during that time was well respected

-- Did you view the piece in hand before buying?

    Yes I did

-- What grade were you thinking/hoping for once you had it and sent it in?

I thought it had a shot at 65+

-- Did you send it in the ICG slab or cracked out??

    Sent it in the slab
May have hurt my chances by doing that

    Pretty, mark-free reverse in particular.

    Also the obverse as well…

Maybe there some details I'm missing because I didn't know you could call and find out details on someone else's coin submission. Now my assumptions on your post is that Bidask owned the coin and you were calling about a coin that he owned. So I totally thought you were joking with Dan the whole time.
