That's actually the first time I've seen the reverse. Is it domed or flat?

The only reason why not is because those use the extra thick holders that won't fit in the normal box. I had one of the gold $5 ones and I got rid of it specifically for that reason because it drove me nuts.

Really cool coin though!

It’s domed, but what’s cool is that the holder is normal, not extra thick... it fits inside perfectly.

Really cool coin though!

Part of why I liked this one, domed but fits in the holder perfectly. It’s a normal slab and gasket around the coin.

I agree when they don’t fit in the holders properly it’s annoying.

@asheland that's why they make acrylic coin easels. They nicely display the coins. I always have 1 or 2 of my new purchases displayed in my office at home before they head to the safe deposit box.

I like the look of the coin but is the price justified? I'm thinking everybody that jumps on Silver Eagles as "ONLY" bullion coins will probably jump on this one too.................who knows?

I always liked this one. I would not worry about having to justify the cost.. but let me help you - you can't have a date to McDonald's for $20. Enjoy it - it's one of the cooler modern designs by far.
