Pardon the crap photos; I don't think the seller had much in the way of basic photography skills.
Picked this one up on eBay last night. I've been looking for an eye-appealing 38-O for quite some time that didn't break the bank or looked like a piece of numismatic roadkill.

It arrived a few hours ago. Based on my examination of the coin, I believe it to be an example of variety 101 with a repunched mintmark.
