US MINT SIGN IN TROUBLE

I have been having trouble signing into my account at the US mint for three days now. I have contacted their service representatives on two occasions, each time, have been given (theoretically) a way to re-sign in to my account. Unfortunately, it has not been successful. Anyone else having this trouble?
