Is this typical MD?
I'm still not great with distinguishing between MD's and DD's. This columbian has doubling on the date, most of the lettering that I can see and stars on the Rev. What is your opinion?

MD is "flat and shelf-like". I can't imagine a better example of that effect than this one.

Looks like MD, but Coinfacts lists an 1892 RPD FS-303 similar to yours and even has the die cracks above WORLD.

You might give it an acetone bath. Those "cloudy" areas are often PVC. Stuff on the obverse too.
