Two 38-Ds at the same time? Wow.
The second coin is AU, maybe 55. The first coin is harder for me to evaluate. The overall look of the coin to me is XF45, but detail seems more like AU. If I could see any hint of luster I'd be OK with an AU grade. Maybe its just the photo.

Just some WAG here... 45 & 55. Nice pair of southern gold!
Based on the images (better lighting on #2 would be more helpful), I like #1 as a nice AU-53 (but could be AU50 due to minor reverse rim nick), and #2 as an AU details (based on low quality lighting), however given NGC’s propensity to straight-grade coins that look dipped-out, it’s probably in an AU-55 holder.
I'll guess they're both AU-53.

Some of you guys are good. The first coin is PCGS 45. Coin has strong au details but not enough luster. Coin is a Coinfacts coin and is really close to the color of the 45+ coin shown. The second coin is from across the street, graded AU55. Coin probably would not cross to PCGS.
Must still be editing the grades in... maybe....
But I will try to cross.

They look nice and original and cac worthy to me and that's all I would want together with the price being right.
It's fun to see it the same as the graders, once in a while.
To me, philosophically, on coins like this, the assigned grades are secondary to the overall look and eye appeal of the coin. Authenticity and that it's not in a details holder is more important than the exact grade. Just being a 38-D Classic Head already means is a really cool coin even if it was damaged, bent, and currently on fire. It's not like you've got dozens of others to choose from. If I like the coin and the grade seems reasonable, I'd buy it. Too bad prices on these have gone crazy the past few years.
Having two of them.... well, that's pretty cool. That's two more than me.
I love this coin. Especially for Dahlonega, I think it looks fantastic. Maybe I got a bit overexcited with my 58 guess but I think it looks great.
I also absolutely love my $5 Classic Head. Great color, really appealing. My coin is a CAC 45. These do not look like even close to the same amount of wear to me. Sure, luster and originality count for a lot but, to me, the wear level is not close
I guess I'm at least accurate when I have a coin conversation and warn that I am not a good grader

The Trueviews make them almost look too good.
I got them for a really good price lets say
The Trueview is a little lighter and does not show the remaining luster well. The NGC coin is a little less brilliant.
