Coin error/mistake?

I found a Massachusetts quarter that image is flawed on the backside. There are sharp edges in the image and it has Idaho imprinted backwards. is this a flaw or mistake? what's the best way to check it?

Glue
Looks like two quarters had been glued together. You are seeing the remaining glue.
This^. See this all the time with various coins that have been glued together. You can clearly see the glue in the image.

Glue.
glue
Adhesive.
Might be mucilage.
@Jesseivcf.... Welcome aboard. Your coin has glue residue.... Soak in acetone.. Might need several soaks... cover the container or acetone will quickly evaporate. Cheers, RickO
Epoxy......................just thought I would be different. 😉
