As a passenger I landed and departed from Narita in November. Upcoming flight will be in and out of Haneda so will miss looking for those houses on the tarmac.

FWIW I may have owned the first camcorder in the US. If I recall correctly it was a “National” better known in the US as “Panasonic.” It came directly from Japan before camcorders were officially imported to the U.S.
It was quite an innovation having the camera and the tape recording device in the same unit.

Toyota reliability.
Compact pickup gas mileage.
Minimal wind resistance when driving due to the fold-down pop top.

Came across this cool rig yesterday. The camper top pops up to allow stand-up headroom and the availability of a cab over bunk.
