Last Purchase of 2022 a Super Slider Snobs kind of AU58...

I had been looking for a while and wanted a thin example that was originally toned and not secondarily peripheral toned from being housed in one of the two types of Wayte Raymond slide cardboard pages. I've sold thick Norse varieties in all grades from MS62-66, but never owned or handled the lower mintage thin. I wasn't really looking for a slider, but this one stopped me in my tracks. Thanks to coinsarefun for the stop sign octagon template crop aid as I only do squares and circles.
Edited to add: The obverse is also double struck with slight overlap which can mostly only be seen without a loupe on the obverse upper wording and the horns on the Vikings helmet. With a loupe the dates and sword have slight overlap also.

Very nice Norse American @Broadstruck! I like your style! It's great to see one that was originally toned.
You might be surprised!

Cool Norse!
I'm still on the hunt for a toned example.

Nice one!
Nice pickup! Gotta get one of these some day.
Super cool.
Rarely do I open a thread like this and whisper to myself, "I wish I owned that one".
This thread is an exception.
