    I think PCGS said, 68rd, 67rd, 68rd (this is a DDR I think), and 68rd. I would grade, 67rd, 66rb, 66rd, and 68rd.

    You could look at the URLs and see that all of these coins are photograde - In fact all of these are on the PCGS coinfacts. I own one of them but you could cheat and get the PCGS grades easily. How long are you from being a retired cop - dang - losing your edge man.

    The 67RD. Coin #4. I posted this to see If I should resubmit. If it upgrades it turns a $60 coin into a +$1000 coin. Mine is so early die state you don't get the flash flat field. Heck you can't even make out the ear the detail is so good. It was graded in 2006 so things change. It does not have the good color of the other coins. It was straight from a US mint ballistic bag. The white flash right behind the eye is not a mark its just reflection. From a technical perspective it is MS69, the only hits are on the pillars on the rev. and the spots from the wash.

    It is a very well struck and clean coin, certainly a gamble but I hope it works out for you should you decide to try. Always difficult to say from photos if it has enough flash for PCGS to give it an upgrade.

    Is there carbon spots in the hair or is that shadow? I seen some of the darkness as carbon spots thus my 65 guess. By the way, what are the grades on the others?

    Condition rarity, in MS67 it is under $100, MS66 likely around $20, but the population of this coin in MS68 is very small, coins with tiny populations at the very top of the grading scale are almost always pricey.

    Also with 2006 there were no circulation strike coins in mint sets, you had to get them from bank rolls and unless you could get them at a bank you paid a premium for th rolls. Also they had poor stikes (in fact coin #1 has a poor strike) and carbon spots from the wash.

    There are some spots, in fact all them have some. The shinny sections are just reflections.

    The spots keep it from higher than 67 imo.
