Trouble signing into Account

is anyone else having trouble signing into their account? And I mean the PCGS account for the registry, etc... seems I am getting a continuing issue that my email address is not recognized.

I have received that in the past and more than once. Also seemed to happen close in time to each other. No idea why or what it was. I usually go out of the website and then clear the cookies and retry. Usually works but not 100%.
