I found this half-dollar coin 1984 p, from which I noticed that his work has some mistakes. Is it really his work It is a die clash ?. Please help and be grateful.

Just a beat up half, it may have spent much of its life in a slot machine.

Oh yeah, that looks like a slot machine coin to me. It had a rough life.
