The mintage almost doubled, up to 12,620..... ......an extra 5,000 sets.

That is weird i just went in and it let me change from 2 sets to 3 sets. I went to your link and it is offering only 1 set on subscription. I wonder if our old orders will be any good for 2023. I put in cart and will see....thanks for the heads up... I also was wondering my 2 sets showed shipped on the 26th and yet when i check the numbers it keeps showing they printed the label only so far, anyone else?

A 500,000 issue is definitely not as desirable as a 300,000 issue.

Same here. Shipping showed quickly but waiting for hand off from mint still waiting. Friggin label created. Awaiting package 🙃

Ofcourse they increased the mintage. Heck, this could be going the way of the third W nickel or maybe the change from single reverse proof AI dollars to a four coin lens. 🙃
Perhaps they will skip a year like the Morgan’s and Peace Dollar , then pretend that it doesn’t affect the series run 🤨

Maybe, maybe not.

It might be worth keeping in mind that, with special rare exceptions, like the privy mark Eagles, the idea is to meet demand without killing it, and not to simply award winning lottery tickets to a select few. Given the high demand right now, it's likely they'll be able to sell 12,620, either through subscription or upon release, and that's the goal. Not to make sure people can triple their money on a flip.

Given the relatively low values here, no one should begrudge anyone who wants these the ability to get them, even if it means giving up a $50-100 flip.

Mine was shipped ( shipping lable created ) on the 26th via USPS priority mail, picked up on the 27th and is arriving today.

Thinking that as well, but with them lowering the enrollments at the last second, where did the extra supply go?

I think when they opened the enrollments a couple of months ago, lots of people signed up and the issue was over enrolled. The cut from 3 to 1 set was necessary so more people could get one set and stay within the mintage limit with little or no extra supply. Just my $.02.

They went from "unlimited" to 5 to 3 to (2 or 1). I feel like each decrease results in additional supply, but that supply never comes out. Just complaining as I didn't score any in the open market.

I hear you. I missed the Maya 3-roll and dang, I hope I can find something next year as I’m not paying $250. Ain’t happening, no way. I’ll just live with out. Although my feeling is next year these will crash due to increased limits to over 12000 rolls. Maybe not 😁

Why does the Mint seal the inside box holding machine rolled quarters...I'd like to not have to destroy the box in order to look inside?

Has anyone opened it up...I'd like to see how they're packed inside.

Not mine but here’s one 😁. I have opened them with a thin blade knife. Insert and slowly wobble the blade in at different points until you get it. Slow and easy with this one 🦫

I received my 2 roll set on Saturday and my 2 3 roll sets today. I had a 2 set enrollment they dropped to 1 set and a 1 set enrollment they left alone for the 3 roll sets. This is the first time I've been able to get the 3 roll sets without spending a ridiculous amount on Ebay.

I bought this years set, including mint set, proof set, Women's proof set and silver proof set and the Special Silver Proof set for my grand daughter. There are the first coins realistically to honor women and I think they will be a good example for her to study.

I got my 2 sets in today's mail and it looks like I will be shut out of getting a third set like I have since the beginning of the year. I too have seen that dreaded red button for 45 seconds and not able to add to cart.

So they did something and I sure wish we could find out how they decided to reduce some of our orders but Still Happy to have to 2 sets of each and will continue next year as I do collect the Washington Quarter Series. I was totally surprised to already see 8 D coins graded ms 68 Anna May Wong being that they were just released.

These 300k mintage coins are already too common, I am scared to think about the 500k coins. I am knocking down to 1 roll set - 2 is just too many. There are after all, FORTY coins per roll....I think we are in the Costco mentality.

I got the set I had in the cart. I went back for more and hit add to bag on the 2 roll set. Had to clear that and add the 3 roll set instead. I messed up by rushing and opening the wrong tab, Put some 3 roll sets in the bag and then not available. I think I could have picked up a second order had I not screwed up.

Enough happened this morning to leave question and speculation when we see the prior weeks sales results when they come out later today.
