1872 Indian head-grade?

I picked up a collection that had a bunch of Indian head pennies.
I apologize for the bad pictures.
I think this coin is good for an album only, what do you think?

    Tough date to find nice... the images are suboptimal but I'd say VF/(maybe)XF details corroded...

    Unfortunately the coin has "meat" (detail), but environmental damage.

    That is not unusual. The quality of the bonze for most of the 1870s was not that great. It got better in the 1880s.

    Retired dealer and avid collector of U.S. type coins, 19th century presidential campaign medalets and selected medals. In recent years I have been working on a set of British coins - at least one coin from each king or queen who issued pieces that are collectible. I am also collecting at least one coin for each Roman emperor from Julius Caesar to ... ?

    Environmental damage but still an easy sell for a budget collection because it is a better date and high circulated grade.

    I'd grade it EF-40, as it does have the separation between the ribbon and hair curl.

    High VF maybe XF, from what I can tell (thanks LanceNewman), but some environmental damage.
