Show reports please... I have thought of going to that show in the past... still quite a drive for me. In AZ right now though, so will not make it. Cheers, RickO
Quick report for you. This was the first time since pandemic that the Danbury Coin Club was able to have the show and it felt good to be back at such a nice venue. Ethan Allen Hotel in Danbury
This is a smaller show usually about 35-40 dealers but because it was first one in a few years the club kept it low key with about 20 dealers. The show runs 9-4 to public and there was a good steady crowd coming in and out
Many nice purchases today like this top pop gold $2.50
We sold all sorts of great items and some real unusual stuff as well
The coin does a nice job with an hourly raffle and some nice giveaways
A smart thing they did was to pay for radio advertising in the Danbury area, cost around $7-800. I was at the show in the spring of 2020 before the lockdowns.
Some pictures from a prior show, classy place, Ethan Allen motel.

Too bad I was unaware and missed it.
Would have loved to attend.
May be next time.

I always forget about that show. Only about a half hour away from me. Nice gold Eagle!
Damn, didn't even know. And I live in CT.
Missed the boat also about 40 minutes from me.
