They are both. Estate owner managed all-purchasing for complex. They come withthe certificate and are wounded eagles. I realize people have an issue with this. It’s all been sorted a bc the advice is Inaccurate. The coin alone redbook value is 3.12 cents.

I was going to purchase all his rare coins because I would be “getting completely what you expect.” Then I realized that I don’t expect to get much more than a beat up old coin. So, I’ll pass.
