Adjectival Grade by NGC

Anyone know how long Adjectival Grading has been available at NGC?
Also, anyone know if I can pay (potentially over and over) to attempt to acquire a stupid sticker opinion on an Adjectivally graded coin so I can be told my "choice BU" coin is worthy of paying (potentially over and over) to attempt an upgrade to "GEM BU"?
I have the time and money to purchase stickers and opinions but no time to educate myself.
I'm appreciative that these entities are looking out for the well being of collectors and the hobby as opposed to engineering innumerous ways to make more and more money off of one coin. I'm also grateful for the validation desperate and financially geed driven collectors that support programs that are so beneficial to their fellow collectors and the hobby in general. You guys are the best!

IMHO 🤔
if you said you have money to buy stickers Why don’t you just buy stickered coins to begin with and avoid the hustle 🤔
Thank you …… we are indeed DA BEST 🥰
If I had a coin like that and wanted to bother with it, I think I'd go for a numerical grade.
The adjectival graded pieces are borne of an alliance between NGC and a couple of the TV coin sellers. They're normally mediocre quality BU coins that if sent in by the public would get 61-62-63 tops. And no, to my knowledge CAC doesn't sticker those.
