    I had this happen once decades ago, at a local auction where a bunch of partially filled Whitman folders were sold as a lot. It was in the correct hole then, too. Mine only graded G4 at ANACS, yours looks at least VF from the reverse.

    I went off these photos hoping there was a SVDB. It’s just a plain 09 VDB. The page with the 20’s-30’s wasn’t shown.

    After an acetone soak. The green on the reverse is 99% gone now. One more soaking should do the trick.
