I checked the first and third coin certs. Neither has a True View. My first guess was that the photos of the first and third coin have had their photos juiced by increasing saturation levels.

I desaturated this one until the fingers looked realistically colored and it came out like this which made the coin look more believable. Pretty sure the guys fingers weren’t orange like they were in the original
When you use obviously bad saturated pictures, there is nothing to go on except that they are in PCGS holders. The question in the OP doesn't even apply here.

I've seen an orange man before...
I don’t doubt it. There’s even a very well known Bob Dylan song about an orange man - Hey Mr. Tangerine Man.
Tangerine, tambourine, whatever.😉

What if it was an Oompa Loompa holding it?

Seems like there are some photoshopped detectors on the web that can be download. I won't do this. But....when I said, the amount of light used in photography can change or intensify the colors on a coin......I searched all my photos, couldn't find a similar coin with that type of splotched toning where the collors don't blend well and aren't concentrical from the peripherals to center. Not saying those coins haven't been juiced but from another perspective, here are two photos (Dec 03 2003) of the same coin.

Interesting work you're doing there but shouldn;t the green bean be a little brighter, a more shinier green?

Perhaps, but the CAC sticker can appear silver in certain lighting. Photoshop has enough knobs that getting one thing right color when reverse engineering juicing may be at the expense of something else. I'm not saying that's the case here, but something to keep in mind even for a regular, totally normal photo is that the CAC sticker isn't the best indicator of correct color levels because it's inconsistently colored.

I'm not saying lighting can't/won't change the appearance of a photo, but the levels shown in these photos are nothing like what your examples show. I'll put $10k down any day of the week that the photos in the OP were juiced beyond lighting.

That was Mark's rhetorical way of telling the OP that he's wrong about the toning.
Pfft, what exactly did I even say about any toning?
But seriously, I hadn't really thought about the likelihood of the pics being juiced. I swear sometimes it's like I was born yesterday. Then I look in the mirror.

Juiced to hell. Gotta look at what's around the coin, not just the coin.

Original tone. Really juiced pics. Someone beat me to the "Oompa Loompa" comment.

These photos have been heavily juiced with software... what you're seeing is far beyond what bright lights can do

I agree. Even when it’s desaturated it still looks AT. Maybe it was toned after encapsulation?
The coin doesn't look to have been toned after encapsulation and to a number of us, it looks NT.

Here you go, I went up in the saturation just a tad in order to make the CAC sticker look shinier.
