What grade would this one get at our hosts? (not that I am going to submit it)

It has booming luster in hand.

    63, 64 max.
No bonus for luster. It is expected on all uncirculated coins.

i know you've submitted a ton of these and sold a ton more (W/privy coins) and the images aren't the best but you think it has no shot at 65? i ask because i've noticed a lot of ticks on 65s, heck even a good amount on 66s.

sure, I initially gave it a 65. But most every "65" W I submitted to our host came back a 64. LOL

And really, with these coins is there really any real money difference in a 64 or 65? The real money begins with the 67's and 68's.

If you found it in circulation then AU58 - if it has circulated how can it be Mint State - Uh Oh, shouldn't have said that - :o

You're right about that! I was lucky to find 67's. Not many 68's out there.

The grades guessed above, is the right answer. Lol
A word of advise to all who want to grade these. If you are not aware, recieving an example of a ms 65 or so. A ms 65 in a PCGS holder. Is the most prominent holder one can get true value for. In other words, a ms 65 NGC, ICG or ANACS, most probably won't bring prices that our host's
will bring. This goes for any coins. Not just the W Quarters.
Sorry, just stating the market truth. I'm not saying this will happen 100% of the time but almost.
    Good Luck, guys.
