    No. Look in Coinfacts. There is no 1972-S variety for DDO. Not sure what else it might be, you may get some more answers soon from others here that know more than me.

    the S mint punch for that year was used extensivly and developed some damage from use - not a RPM/DD, just a normal MM for the year
