Why would you even consider sending that in for grading?

    All glory is fleeting.

Don't have to be a condescending titwad. Thanks for the input on what I would assume a worthless post on my part.

didn't expect that to go south. for my part, i was just having fun and in no way mocking you.

i almost expected some potentially sentimental explanation or a variety i didn't pick up on.

it is for certain that there is no reason to close the thread. if you honestly don't know, you don't know.

And you don't have to use foul language.

Also, by deleting the original post, this thread is now a useless waste of space that can't be used to educate others.

I didn't see anything that would educate others in the very first two responses that the OP received. It's a no wonder that new people lose interest in the forum soo quickly.

I have no idea what the OP contained, but the first two replies answered the presumed question as to whether or not it was worth grading.

Well then we can agree to disagree whether the posts were educational or not!

I'm with you. Nothing could be learned from either response by the OP.

and those 1st two responses made the OP delete the post so no one learned anything.

And we have one more new collector turned off.

All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.

tbh, i think it was @Coinscratch 's post. he called that poor coin an au53 when it was CLEARLY a 53+. i think he got off the hook too easy for such an unnecessary insult to that poor but wonderful coin. ;)

The reverse was 55 the obverse was 50 so I settled at 53. I almost always strive for the happy medium ;)
