1989 Lincoln Cent Reverse-Help identifying if just pmd, die chips?

Hello to all, I have this 1989 penny that appears to have die chips on the reverse above some of the lettering of, "In God We Trust." I have seen mechanical doubling before, but these are more like blobs! Shrunk my photos down some. Hope they turned out ok. Thanks for any input. Sony

Sorry forgot the obverse.
These appear to be blisters in the copper plating.
The blobs are above USA, not IGWT.
In any case, I tend to agree it's plating blisters.
The copper plating split around the letters and the underlying zinc is starting to corrode. The mint had problems with split plating in this area as well as around the mm in the 80s

I agree... some plating blisters... No numismatic premium. If blisters 'break', zinc corrosion will commence. Cheers, RickO
