CSN is presently selling 2022 proof Eagles with original government packaging for $69.95, even less than original mint pricing. Don't know if postage is extra. Limited quantity. Saw it on TV this morning. ShopCSNtv.com is website if interested.

Interesting.... Must be a Mint volume buyer, but surprised at them undercutting the Mint price. Cheers, RickO

No bulk discount program on PSEs. These are flipper rejects that have been cracked and put back into the OGP.

or not submitted at all, screened before submission. Note that they are selling graded 70's for $199+. Loss on the <70s is a cost of doing business.

With a high enough percentage of 70s these are just gravy anyway.

I am not, repeat NOT, trying to start an argument. Just trying to learn something.

According to the webpage for the 'Numismatic Bulk Purchase Program', the PSE is one of the products eligible for a bulk discount.

Further, the product page for the bulk version of the 2022-W PSE, 22EA040, specifically mentions the discount.

When did the Mint discontinue the discount for the PSE?

    Edited.

I give a very big shout out to @MetroD, he or she has always provided a great service to the forum. There are always sources provided, and specific info that takes time to hunt down, and is often very accurate and informative.

A lot can be learned by carefully reviewing in detail everything they post.

It's probably a loss leader. Wholesale price is actually higher than that.

All comments reflect the opinion of the author, even when irrefutably accurate.

I stand corrected. The last time I investigated this some time back they were not listed. That said I'm still not going to buy $20,000 worth just to save 3%
