I dont know how SMS enters into the equation, but as a proof its clearly a 66 (due to the milk spots) DCAM. Assuming no hairlines limiting the grade. If the spots are not obvious in hand, could be a 67, or 66+
No proofs were produced in 1967, so it isn't a proof.
67 cameo SMS. Not sure if they designated SMS coins cameo, but this one seems to fit the bill.
SP66CAM. It's not quite strong enough on the reverse for a DCAM, they're really tough on these. For all of those wondering, SMS coins are graded like proofs, but there is the added factor of if the coin has contact marks or not.

It graded SP67CAM. I was hoping for a DCAM designation :'(
I should have been a bit clearer, what I intended to say was that I dont know how to grade SMS coins, but I am pretty good at proofs of that era, so I will grade it as if its a proof.
@SanctionII , Its hard to be definitive from just some pics, but I would wager that this is one of those coins that would go 66 DCAM or 67CAM, if you sent it in several times. Thats if it were a proof
