    Quite minor and commonly seen on all years of ASE's.

    Not sure if it would command a bit of a premium when selling a whole roll full like this as you might have to discount to blow them out.

    Not one I would pay a premium for... Not even a mint premium. I prefer my ASE's to be without distractions. Cheers, RickO

    NGC describes this as “Weakly Struck”, and PCGS does not recognize this at all
