Is this PVC?

Please note the dark spot on the reverse of this dime. It is located between the DIM on the word DIME. Is this PVC? Or, something else? Your opinions are appreciated. Sorry for the lousy pictures. Thank you.

    From the pics, it looks like a dark toned/dirt spot.

    Appears to be a dark toning spot. Nice coin by the way. B)

    PVC usually glows green when angled in the light properly. Like the others said, that looks like dirt. Nice, original and not an issue at all.
