I have seen a moderator jump in on a weekend before... but it is not usual. Weekends are times the trolls play and spam gets posted; usually inappropriate posts are not taken down until Monday.
One way is to use the flag button at the bottom of a post that will alert a moderator to an out-of-bounds post.

You can also use the “at” symbol (@) and PCGSModerator to alert them to something. It would have to be a post in the thread you want gone though, so I didn’t do it here.
Say "BEETLEJUICE! BEETLEJUICE! BEETLEJUICE!"
Or "Candyman, Candyman, Candyma..."

As a new member I will say that it is difficult or impossible to get assistance short of contacting Customer Service via phone or having another member do it. I've been here almost a month and aside from making a post there is nothing else available for me. The only button available is "Quote" at the bottom of a member's post and the buttons atop my reply box, but I can't PM or post images.
The limitations make it difficult to participate.

I had the same difficulty posting images when I was first starting. Try posting an image and then Preview it. Also, try different methods of posting an image. Once you find the correct way, you'll have no problems.

@Maywood Is it possible for you to copy the image directly into the text box using copy/paste? It would only be a temporary fix, but at least it’s something.

You can load photos and images from some websites / locations. It is just a mix of yes and no's.
This might work depending on where the photo / image is located.
Copy the image address (wherever it is located)
At the top far right of the comment box click it and say Image URL. Paste the image address.
Then hit Enter.
If it loads into the large comment box it has probably worked. Can check with Preview.
If it does nothing after Enter, then it probably won't work from that site / location.
Example it likes Kitco
It likes almost any pcgs / CU images.
It does Not seem to like any auction sites.
The image hosting websites seem to be hit and miss. I don't use them but tried a few others have posted links for. More not's than yes. Other stuff is similar - hit and miss.
