It does not. The metal does not appear to be silver and is rather luster-less. The surfaces appear to have a brushed antiqued appearance, which the US Mint did not do to general circulation coinage.
That's a terribly made copy. If you're not certain about coins like that, please don't buy anything unless or until you have studied and learned much more.

The patina alone suggests Chinese counterfeit. Darken the entire coin almost black, then polish off most of it....

I saw similar ones being sold on Etsy and noticed the edges immediately before other things. Is that where it came from?
