The last 3 boxes I've gone through all have been lacking W's and silvers. Only some minor errors and other mint and AU quarters. Has anyone else been getting similar results?

Nickels have been pretty good at least, but still, I miss getting those Ws

    Well if W quarters are now scarce in rolls/boxes.... Not much hope of me finding one in the wild. However, hope springs eternal, and I will continue my quest. Cheers, RickO

    My local banks have recently cut me off on my quarter boxes. Still getting the halves though.

    Same, I thought I would average 1 per box. Right now it's about .66 per box. Damn shame, hopefully I'm just having an unlucky few boxes and it'll go a bit higher, but I can definitely imagine them being harder to get now.

    Exactly what I'm experiencing here. I may be up to 5 boxes of nothing. Just when I'm ready to give up I find another W.

    And go figure, my wife found a W in her change from a grocery store. Keep looking, they are out there still.

    @NordlandSalmon ... Don't get discouraged. The old coin rolls box is an average of one W per box but just like fishing there will be lulls and peaks.

    Even in 2019 and 2020 I would have several old coin roll boxes that did not have any W and then BAM! the next box would have one.

    Every once in a while you will get a box that has several W and that will bring your average back up. 😎
