As others have posted, the coin is worth $9.
It will cost a minimum of $50 to get it graded. At that point it will still be worth $9.
It is a personal decision whether you want to get something graded or not. Most people on this board would question the idea of paying $50+ to grade a coin that is worth $9. Could you walk us through why are you thinking about getting this coin graded?

'63 silver half dollar with rim damage on reverse. Pictures have too much glare to evaluate surface condition for a grade. Cheers, RickO
I think the photo is overexposed - cannot see surfaces or even if it is FBL.

It's worth melt, looks like it's circulated and has a bunch of rim dings. It's definitely not worth getting graded.
