Nothing crazy just help settle a friendly debate between myself and a few dealers.
I say struck through sometime of debris because I can't see any tooling marks or anything that strikes me as being messed with.
What's your opinion.... (green dots are glare from light bulb)

Looks like Post Mint Damage. Two kinds. Rim damage scrapes and pits, and someone playing around a little bit too much.
