To me it looks better than the coin fact pics. I’m looking from my cell though.
I was being conservative knowing how tight our graders are. I think it has the look of a 68 but will fall to 67+ due to the hits on the eagle. Much like my 67+ that has hits on the eagle.

IMO, here is the best 67+ 46D on Coinfacts. I still like the OPs coin better - hell of a score.

Luster is paramount especially at the higher grade range. I don’t see a very lustrous coin but that could be the imaging.

I think the death blows are the two or three gouges underneath STATES. And more minor is the chatter above IGWT.
Otherwise a 67 or plus. Still a gorgeous coin.0 -

I realize I'm still new to this but I think that coin is nicer than a 65+. I've looked at a lot of walkers this year and I have at least 1 or 2 66s that are technically not as nice as this one. Here's my 46 D. Little softly struck on the reverse but I fell in love with it and the green gold crescent on the obverse. NGC 66 CAC
