Uncirculated Dansco Silver Washington Quarter album progress

I now only need the 1936-D to finish the 1932 - 1964 date/mm set in matching uncirculated examples. I started this album with the ‘64 p, ‘64-d and ‘53-d from my grandfather’s Whitman album. Those three coins were the only uncirculated examples in his Whitman Washington Quarter set. So they seeded this one. Now off to find a nice ‘36-D to fill that last hole.
PS The ‘32-S and ‘32-D are in PCGS slabs and I’m not decided yet on wether or not I’ll crack them out to make the album proper. Thoughts?

Nice BU quarters! I say leave the keys in the holders.
I agree! I just acquired another 32S for my album that is going to stay in the holder. I used double sided rubber stickers that nicely hold coins on the inside cover of the album.

I put a set like that together once and they do look pretty incredible in the album. Something about so many shiny disks per page really pops! I left the 3 key dates in their slabs for when the time came to sell it all as a set.
I've got about half of that first page in slabs. I couldn't bear to break them out. I'm thinking it might make things easier for my heirs if these are graded. Your set is beautiful. Good luck with that 36D.

I'd fill the rest of the album with duplicate silver quarters rather than clad quarters. I don't like or bother collecting clad coins. The same goes for Zincolns.

Leave them in the plastic. Once they're out it's anybody's guess.
Really nice looking set! I'd take scissors and remove the clad quarter slots, and the last page(s) for clads. That's just me... Or maybe relabel the clad slots on that page to hold a few proofs, then remove remaining page(s)
They look spectacular! I agree with leaving the '32-D and S in the holder. Perhaps you could put a pair of '32 Philly coins in those holes. I also had a hard time finding a great '36-D when I built this set in a Whitman Classic folder.

Very nice looking set. I am doing a Danso of Roosevelt dimes UNC and Proof ( although the album doesn't have spaces for 1950-64 proofs) my album is 46 to date, but I am still trying to locate the last page. So everything from 2013D to present will remain on 2x2 cardboard for now.

Very nice! I also had a fun time putting my Dansco set together. My 32 D & S and 34 D are slabbed and will stay that way.

That is a great looking set of quarters..... Very impressive album, you did well on matching them. I also recommend you leave the slabbed quarters in the slab. They are special and will sell better - either individually, or as part of the set - whichever way you choose to sell. Cheers, RickO
