Could things be improving for PCGS submissions? My most recent Modern Value Submission -31 Bus. Days

The PCGS website says 50 business days for Modern Value submissions....31 days is a marked improvement.
Hopefully, this is a harbinger of things to come.
Not real thrilled with my grades, but that's all part of the modern 69/70 game.
It could always be worse judging by the pop report.

Nice coins... have you looked at the 69;s and determined what may have been the reason for missing the 70?? Cheers, RickO
Ouch! Seems like every time my coins get graded significantly faster than the standard turnaround times, the grades tremendously suffer like yours did.
I looked and looked and looked....the 70 was no different than the 69's from what I could see.
It appears to be improving from my perspective.
